Quicksilver Corrosion Guard is a corrosion and rust inhibitor developed for marine applications. Once applied, it forms an insulating, waxy and water-resistant protective film that helps seal out air, salt and moisture.
The spray can be used on both unpainted metal and painted surfaces. Typical applications include outboard engines, sterndrives, lower units, power trim motors, electrical connections and other metal components.
Corrosion Guard is also suitable for protecting equipment during winter storage and extended periods out of service.
Do not apply to drive belts or surfaces coated with antifouling or biocide paint.
