When placing an order with, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

Establishment of agreements
An agreement between the customer and is concluded when the customer has placed an order via the website, has paid for it, has accepted the general terms and conditions and has received a confirmation email from at the specified email address.

If the customer does not receive a confirmation email, has not received the order or the customer has provided an incorrect email address.

Prices, texts and images
-The price shown is the price including 21% VAT
-Orders placed for a price applicable at that time (price shown) will also be delivered for that price, unless these prices are very different from the value of the product in question.
-All texts in this webshop have been displayed with great care. However, inaccuracies can always occur. However, is not bound to orders placed based on these inaccuracies.
-Images shown may differ from the actual product.

Foreign customers and VAT!
-Companies within the EU but outside NL with a valid VAT number can be invoiced without VAT.
-Consumers outside the EU (Note: Switzerland and Norway are not EU members) can also be invoiced without VAT.

Are the products new?
Yes, all products are new and come in the original packaging. All products come from authorized dealers; the manufacturer has given permission to these traders to sell their products.

Shipping and handling costs
-The shipping costs within the Netherlands are EUR 6.95 for a package, including packaging and processing costs and VAT. For Belgium the shipping costs are €8.95. If an order is shipped in a so-called letterbox box or envelope, we will charge a maximum fee of €3.95 per shipment. If it is possible to ship an item for free, this will be explicitly stated!

Orders over 175 EURO are shipped free of charge in the Netherlands.

-The shipping costs for Germany, United Kingdom and France are EUR 9.50-22.50 for a package, including packaging and handling costs and VAT. (Per shipment)

-The shipping costs for Ireland, Austria, Portugal, Spain, Denmark, Italy, Poland and Sweden are EUR 22.50. for a package, including packaging and processing costs and VAT. (Per shipment) Orders over EUR 1500.00 are shipped free of charge.

Within the Netherlands and Europe, the packages are sent by PostNL. After registering the shipment, you as a customer will receive a Track & Trace email.
Shipping with UPS is also possible upon request. (Possibly additional costs)

-The customer has the right to return the delivered items within 14 days of receipt in the undamaged original packaging and the supplied accessories without damage from use and a completed return form.
You can find this returns form under the Returns button at the top of the page. You can request the RMA number (Return number) via [email protected]. Returns will not be processed without a Return Form and RMA number.

Please note, products ordered for you cannot be returned. Sometimes an exception can be made, taking into account a Re-Stock fee of 25%.

Products ordered for business are excluded from returns, sometimes this is possible in consultation, taking into account a 25% re-stock fee.

The following are excluded from returns:
- Customized or customized items.
- Items specially ordered for you.
- Items ordered for you in large numbers.
- Products of which the seal has been broken.
- Software
- Batteries, accumulators
- Lamps
- Products that fall under the hygiene rules, such as earplugs, ear-tips, headphones, in-ear monitors, etc.

-Refund will be made within 10 days. On the bank or giro account specified by the buyer.
For reimbursement on a foreign account we need an IBAN - BIC code.
-Private individuals can return items, companies and institutions cannot in principle do this,
unless there is a defect. In many cases we make an exception to this and it can still be returned.
-Important: Returns that do not meet the return conditions will not be processed.

Note regarding shipping costs.
The shipping costs (return) are borne by the buyer.
Only if we have sent you an incorrect item will we reimburse the normal shipping costs for returning it.
In these cases, simply postage on the return shipment. Additional costs, such as registration, etc., will not be reimbursed.
The shipping costs to send a warranty repair to us are borne by the buyer.
The shipping costs to return an item to you are at our expense.

Liability's liability is limited to the invoice value. Any further or other liability is excluded, unless this is not permitted by law. is never liable for damage in the form of loss of turnover or income, indirect damage or any other damage.
-All deliveries to the customer are offered by us to PostNL and/or DHL.
-Our responsibility is limited to the order being presented for the first time at the address specified by the customer. is not responsible for any loss of the order if the customer has provided an incorrect address.
-Any additional shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer. is not responsible for the loss of the order if this order was delivered to an address where several people can accept the package. For example, at companies, institutions, student houses, room rental companies, etc.
-It may happen that an order is delivered delayed after it has been registered with PostNL and/or DHL.
An order will only be classified as missing by PostNL if it has not arrived one week after shipment. This only applies if an order with a Track and Trace code is not known. If PostNL states that an order has been delivered, is no longer responsible.

-Most items have a one-year warranty period. Excluded are individual components, service parts, lamps, accumulators and batteries; these items are not covered by a warranty.

-When you return an item, it must have sufficient postage and must always be provided with a
- Return form,
- a copy of the Order Confirmation,
- an RMA number
-The warranty does not apply if the item is insufficiently protected upon return against transport damage, wear and tear that can be considered normal, changes have been made in or to the product, defects caused by incorrect or improper use or if it defect was caused by intent or gross negligence or negligent maintenance.
