We mainly ship our products with PostNL.

It is also possible to send to countries outside the EU on request.

Shipping costs in the Netherlands.
For orders over €175.00 we will cover the shipping costs, for orders under €175.00 we unfortunately have to charge €6.95. If a product can be shipped in a shipping box, we ask for a shipping contribution of €3.95. Products that can be sent in a shipping envelope are also free of shipping costs, which can be found in the checkout process.

Shipping costs to Belgium. For orders over €195.00 we will cover the shipping costs, for orders under €195.00 we unfortunately have to charge €9.95. 

Software licenses are always exempt from shipping costs, regardless of the country of receipt.

If, to our regret, you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can exchange your product within 14 days. You will then receive your purchase amount back. If you wish to use this, you must first let us know via the contact form or by email: [email protected].

To order
To order from, first view a product that you are interested in. Then you add this product to the shopping cart. Once this product is added you can choose to create an account or not. An account has many additional benefits. You will then be presented with a page where you must enter your details, only fill in the details that we need to process your order. You then choose from the different payment methods.

Payment is very simple, this can be done with a bank transfer, Pay-Pal account or iDeal. All our payments are made via Mollie's secure payment server.

If, for whatever reason, you are unable to place an order digitally, we will do this for you. You will then receive an invoice and payment link in your email. Once payment has been made, we will process the order further. There are no costs involved!

Order status
You can always look up the status of your order. You do this by clicking on 'My account' and then clicking on order status. Is the answer to your question not listed above? Then you can always contact us using the form shown next to it. We will then do our utmost to answer you within 24 hours.
