The Simrad HALO20 is a compact 20-inch dome radar featuring pulse compression and a rotation speed up to 24 RPM. It delivers clear target definition from close range out to a maximum 24 NM scale, making it a strong choice for safe navigation in busy waterways, poor visibility, or at night.
For added awareness, the HALO20 supports MARPA target tracking to monitor selected collision risks. Track up to 10 targets, or 20 targets in Dual Range, allowing you to watch short and long ranges at the same time.
A key advantage is its fast readiness: HALO20 wakes instantly from standby and provides coverage when and where you need it. Even from fully powered off, start-up takes seconds, not minutes like traditional pulse radar. Low power draw also makes it suitable for both 12V and 24V systems.
