With de Internet Protocol Gateway (IPG100) kunt u pc's, Mac's, tablets or smartphones aansluiten op a NMEA2000 netwerk, zodat u your vaartuig kunt bewaken and besturen with behulp from Maretron's N2KView software. De conventionele manier om NMEA2000 informatie te bekijken is with a display op the schip dat rechtstreeks is verbonden with a NMEA 2000®-netwerk (zoals Maretron black boxes (MBB300C's) and Maretron-aanraakschermen (TSM800C's, TSM1330C's)), maar with de IPG100, u bent niet beperkt to direct aangesloten beeldschermen. With de IPG100 kunt u elk device with N2KView®-software gebruiken om your schip on board or aan wal te bewaken and te besturen.
De IPG100 heeft a NMEA2000 and a Ethernet datapoort for the uitwisselen from informatie tussen the ingebouwde NMEA 2000® netwerk and Internet Protocol (IP) devices die gebruik maken from conventionele technologie zoals routers, switches and wireless modems. Eenmaal ingeschakeld, maakt de IPG100 automatisch verbinding with de Real Time Cloud Service from Maretron, waarmee u op afstand verbinding kunt maken with your schip via internet.
