The Garmin 010-12523-03 fist microphone extension cable is an original 12-pin microphone extension cable for compatible Garmin VHF marine radios. It increases the distance between the fixed VHF radio and the fist microphone, allowing the microphone to be placed in a more practical control position onboard.
