The Teltonika TAT140 is an autonomous 4G LTE Cat 1 asset tracker for locating and protecting valuable assets without a fixed power supply. It is suitable for containers, trailers, tools, construction equipment, rental assets, cargo, machinery and additional vehicle security.
With 4G LTE Cat 1 and 2G/GSM fallback, the TAT140 is better suited to modern mobile networks than older 2G-only trackers. The tracker uses GNSS positioning and can send periodic location reports based on movement, stop status, scheduler settings and configuration.
The IP68 enclosure makes the TAT140 suitable for outdoor use and harsh conditions. The replaceable Li-SOCl2 battery is designed for long deployment with low self-discharge. Actual battery life depends strongly on reporting interval, temperature, network coverage, mounting position and enabled functions.
