De multifunctionele Alcatel-Lucent OmniAccess Stellar AP1201 access point is de opvolger from de AP1101 and is daarmee also the nieuwe instapmodel from Alcatel-Lucent OmniAccess Stellar. In combinatie with de hoge doorvoersnelheden and betaalbare prijs is this a ideaal access point for kleine and middelgrote Wi-Fi netwerken. De 802.11ac AP1201 access point ondersteunt 867 Mbps op de 5 GHz-band and 400 Mbps op de 2,4 GHz-band, 80 MHz channels, multi-user MIMO (MU-MIMO) and 2 spatial streams (2SS) per radio. The access point biedt simultane multicast-gegevensoverdracht naar meerdere devices, maximale datadoorvoer and verbeterde netwerk efficiëntie.
